Melissa Nick is one of Amazon’s most senior operations leaders. She is the Vice President of North America Customer Fulfillment and has built an expertise in supply chain over the course of her twenty-year career. Prior to Amazon, she led teams focused on manufacturing high-volume consumer electronics products. She joined Amazon in 2014 as a Senior Operations Manager, became a General Manager and then a Regional Director. She spent two years building AMXL, our business focused on heavy bulky product fulfillment and delivery, across North America and Europe. In 2021, she transitioned to lead all fulfillment operations across North America and now leads almost 300 sites. In her spare time, she enjoys snowboarding, fishing, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
