Kim Gallagher is the Executive Director of Marketing and Customer Success of Nuuly, the leading women’s clothing rental subscription service. She joined URBN in 2011 as an MBA intern at Anthropologie, progressing to Director of Digital Strategy & Advanced Analytics on URBN’s Digital Team. She partnered with President of Nuuly and Chief Digital Officer, Dave Hayne, to champion Nuuly’s launch.

At Nuuly, Kim has taken her passion for marrying the creativity and inspiration core to the brand's DNA with customer data to drive strategy that meets both customer and company objectives. Kim works with her team to focus on marketing, analytics, web merchandising, strategy, customer insights and customer service.

Kim began her career at Alta Communications before working for Harte-Hanks. She received her BA from Georgetown University and MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
