Jamie L. Singleton is Group President and Chief Consumer Officer at Signet Jewelers overseeing the North American banners Kay, Zales, Peoples, Banter by Piercing Pagoda and the company’s Outlet division, as well as enterprise-wide Marketing and Merchandise Sourcing. Signet Jewelers (NYSE: SIG), is the world’s largest diamond retailer.

Known and recognized for her visionary and transformational leadership, Singleton has 30 years of experience in all aspects of retail including merchandising, design, product development, sourcing, marketing, data analytics, and customer experience.

Singleton became President of KAY, Zales, and Peoples in March of 2019 overseeing all facets of these iconic brands, which comprises close to 65% of Signet’s consolidated retail sales. Throughout her tenure, she has helped Signet evolve into a consumer-inspired retailer, growing sales from $6 billion to nearly

$8 billion over the last two years and becoming the jewelry industry’s growth and innovation leader. Key to this has been Singleton’s leadership in developing the category’s best-in-class consumer insights and data analytics program, which has enabled Signet to better predict consumer trends, improve product planning, and further define each banner’s value proposition using more precise customer outreach and messaging.

Singleton also manages Signet’s global vendor relationships ensuring that product innovation is at the forefront of Signet’s supply chain. With her merchandising experience and trusted relationships, Singleton has helped Signet stay ahead of supply-demand challenges resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic ensuring, along with the vendor community, that the product offering remains relevant and exciting to the consumer. She also has an integral role in ensuring the alignment between Signet and the vendor community meets the exacting standards for the sustainability of our planet and the responsible management of its supply chain.

Singleton played a key role in the integration of Zale Corporation into the Signet portfolio, successfully bringing the best of Zales and Signet together in what would become foundational to Signet’s future growth. Under her leadership, KAY, Zales, and Peoples have flourished by precisely defining each banner’s value proposition, driving them to come together as a highly catalytic mix of customer experiences bringing more people into the jewelry category and increasing Signet’s total share of a growing market.

Prior to these roles, she served as Executive Vice President of Zales and Peoples from June 2017 to March 2019; as Senior Vice President, General Manager of Piercing Pagoda for Zale Corporation, and later, Senior Vice President for Signet from April 2012 to June 2017. Before joining Zale Corp., she was head of Bella Pictures, a digitally native San Francisco based startup, SVP of Merchandising at David’s Bridal Group, a wedding gown and formalwear retailer, and held various merchandising and product development positions at May Merchandising and divisions of Federated Department Stores and Saks Inc.
