Francesca is Vice President, U.S. Digital Commerce for Mondelēz International, a global company leading the future of snacking with 2021 net revenues of approximately $29 billion. Mondelēz International makes and sells primarily snacks, with iconic global and local brands such as OREO, Ritz, belVita, Cadbury and Toblerone chocolate, Sour Patch Kids candy, Trident gum, and HALLS. 

Francesca has been a global leader in Sales Transformation and Customer Leadership roles for more than twenty years. She partners to drive business results by leading multi-functional teams and managing change in fast-paced environments.  

Francesca joined Mondelēz in April 2021 and is responsible for the strategy and execution of Digital Commerce for the U.S. business unit. Her team is tasked to accelerate digital commerce, upskill teams, and lead the future of how our brands are experienced, purchased, and fulfilled online, including two Direct to Consumer sites. The U.S. sets the standard for Global capability expansion.

Prior to Mondelēz, Francesca was Vice President, Sales, Americas, for Britax Child Safety, Inc., a global leader in car seat and stroller innovation. She was a Board Director and Interim Co-President, Americas.  She led a transformation agenda to be digital first and improve long-term profitability by focusing on differentiated innovation, customer ecosystems and digital capabilities.

Francesca held multiple leadership roles in her over eleven years with Colgate-Palmolive including leading the Hill’s Pet Nutrition eCommerce team, the leading eCommerce business at Colgate-Palmolive globally. She led a team that is featured in an Amazon sustainability video that highlights packaging developed for eCommerce that ships both efficiently and has a strong consumer brand experience.

Francesca has also worked for Acosta Sales and Marketing, PepsiCo, and Diageo, in escalating leadership roles in category management and sales.

Francesca received her Bachelors in Business Administration with Management focus from Georgia State University and holds an MBA from Webster University.
