Ethelbert Williams leads the Johnson & Johnson Consumer eCommerce group. He is tasked with accelerating sales growth and profitability for the business and serves on the U.S. Customer Development Leadership Team.

Williams has more than 20 years of global commercial leadership experience having championed marketing and sales strategies across direct-to-consumer ecommerce, pure play marketplaces and omnichannel retailers. 

Prior to Johnson & Johnson, Williams built the ecommerce organization at The Boston Beer Company where he oversaw go-to-market and sales strategy across digital channels including Walmart, Kroger, Albertsons, Target, Amazon and goPuff. He was also accountable for the development of fulfillment partnerships across Uber, Instacart and DoorDash.

Williams previously drove go-to-market and channel expansion for the personal and facial cleansing categories at Kimberly-Clark Corporation. In addition, he has held brand leadership roles at Procter & Gamble and Unilever. 

Williams holds a Bachelor of Science from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University where he serves as an Adjunct Lecturer focused on digital marketing, media and innovation graduate program curriculum. He also sits on the Board of Directors for NSF International and The Delta Institute.
