Bailey is the Founder and CEO of Frate, a returns management solution that allows retailers to skip the warehouse and ship returns directly between customers. He’s on a mission to provide a new and innovative way of returning goods to help retailers decrease the costs and environmental damage associated with the status-quo returns process.

Bailey is a recent graduate of the Ivey Business School and a former captain of a NCAA D1 hockey team.
