VP, Omni-Channel Marketing


Art Sebastian is Vice President of Omni-Channel Marketing Casey’s. Art, stepped into this role in January 2023 to lead a new organization responsible for marketing, advertising, personalization, media, communications, community, digital shopping, loyalty, and the newly formed Brand Center of Excellence. Art joined Casey’s in the Fall of 2018 as Vice President, Digital Experiences. Since then, he’s led the implementation of an industry leading technology stack, generating new revenue and profit for the company, and installing a digital mindset throughout the enterprise.

Art describes his primary role at Casey’s as “building guest relationships to strengthen the business”. This is done by bringing our brand platform to life with team members, guests and communities and activating breakthrough creative across our omni-channel ecosystem.  

Prior to joining Casey’s, Art was a strategic advisor to an Events Tech Startup founder and helped scale their Shoptalk and Groceryshop event brands. Hyve Group acquired Shoptalk in 2019. Art was VP of Digital Shopping at Meijer and spent a decade in CPG with the iconic brand Kraft Foods where he served as VP of Category Leadership & Insights and IRI where he led consulting engagements across many blue-chip CPG clients. Art began his career in retail working in stores at the age of 15 and progressing through Store Operations, Store Development, Merchandising and Marketing roles. 

Art, his wife of 10 years Jodi, 9-year-old son Jaxon, 7-year-old daughter Savannah and 4-year old son Jude reside in Clive, Iowa. When not working, Art coaches Jaxon’s basketball, soccer, and baseball teams. Each year Art looks forward to Daddy-Daughter dance as part of his Savannah’s Dance Studio program and is eager to help Jude learn sports. Art and his wife enjoy travel, good food and wine.
