Anddria Clack-Rogers Varnado has been at the forefront of driving innovative consumer concepts in the rapidly evolving landscape of the last decade. Anddria is currently the General Manager & Vice President for Kohler Company's Consumer Business Division, where she leads a full-service business dedicated to providing premier products through store and ecommerce experiences, design and installations services, merchandising, marketing, customer care and more. With previous experience in General Manager and Head of Strategy roles at Macy's, Inc. and Williams-Sonoma, Inc's ("WSI") portfolio of brands, Anddria has overseen new brand and business expansions, critical digital and business transformations, and investments and acquisitions. Anddria's accomplishments include launching new brands, businesses, and leading WSI's historic acquisition of Outward, Inc., and innovative imaging and technology company, which expanded the company into "retail tech." Previously, Anddria has held roles in product management, management consulting and investment banking.
Anddria extends her professional and community engagements as a Board Director for Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Umpqua Bank and PATTERN Beauty LLC, and she participates actively in community organizations such as Junior League, How Women Lead and Management Leadership for Tomorrow. Anddria received a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Clark Atlanta University. Her professional work and development insights have earned recognition in several publications, including Forbes, Architectural Digest, Diligent, and The Everygirl; and The San Francisco Business Times honored Anddria as one of the "Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business."
