Alex Galkin, CEO and Co-founder of Competera, is a serial entrepreneur, computer scientist, and expert in retail technology and innovation. After a successful career at the Big Four consulting firms, he founded Competera to provide a unified, AI-powered pricing platform that enables retailers and brands to increase consumer trust by setting and maintaining optimal price positions on a real-time basis. Since the very launch of the company, Competera has been helping its clients to increase gross margin by 6% on average. Competera is trusted by top retailers worldwide such as Sephora, Balsam Brands, Wiggle, Fragrance outlet, and others.

Alex started his career with a Master’s Degree in Computer and Medical Science where he first applied neural networks for his diploma work.
