Tiffany Burns is a Partner in the Atlanta office where she serves Retail, Apparel, and Consumer clients. She leads the Retail Stores service line in North America and has served a number of the world leading retailers across various formats to drive better customer experience, improve productivity, and adopt new store of the future technologies and approaches.

Helped to develop McKinsey’s perspective on Store of the Future focused on identifying key technologies across the customer and associate retail journey and testing live use cases to better understand impact drivers; recently implemented in the Modern Retail Collective opening this fall
