Theresa Palermo is an accomplished, decisive and creative omni-channel marketing professional with a proven track record of defining and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and business transformation in retail, consumer products, and ecommerce-based businesses.

Since joining Signet as Senior Vice President, Marketing & E-Commerce at Signet Jewelers, Palermo has overseen key Marketing and E-commerce initiatives for Signet brand’s, Kay, Zales and Peoples. Theresa continues to master a customer centric approach that leverages innovative digital strategies and business models that drive growth and create memorable customer experiences.

Theresa has successfully spearheaded and executed innovative marketing strategies, public relations and high-profile campaigns for an extensive portfolio of luxury and fashion brands across North and Central America.

Between 2017 and September 2019, Palermo served as Senior Vice President, Marketing for Neiman Marcus Group, where she successfully leveraged an understanding of customer analytics to drive brand strategy to further the development Neiman Marcus as leader in luxury. Prior to joining Neiman Marcus Group, she held key marketing roles of increasing responsibility with several well-known retailers including American luggage and handbag design company, Vera Bradley,  fashion designer and manufacturer, Fossil, global footwear company Collective Brands (Senior Director Global Marketing, Stride Rite Children’s Group), The Timberland Company (North America Marketing Senior Director) and the J. Jill Group (Retail Marketing and PR Director).

Palermo received her Bachelor of Arts from Auburn University and earned her MBA, with an emphasis in Corporate Strategy and Marketing, from the Simmons College School of Management in Boston.
