Tatiana Perim is a Sr. Principal for top-tier management consulting firm A.T. Kearney, where she leads the Beauty, Luxury and Fashion Practices in the New York office.
With more than 15 years of industry and consulting experience in the Consumer and Retail sectors, both across the US and South America, Tatiana focuses on supporting leading global companies in the process of becoming truly customer-centric, implementing digital transformation initiatives, and turning around brands to succeed in complex and dynamic markets.
Prior to working at A.T. Kearney, Tatiana was Head of Strategic Planning, M&A and New Business Development at Magazine Luiza, one of the largest retail companies in Brazil and a frontrunner in innovation. Under her leadership, the company expanded its online operations by establishing an e-commerce marketplace and diversified its business with the successful acquisition and integration of an online beauty company.
Tatiana was the driving force behind Magazine Luiza’s highly successful digital transformation, which later became a case study at Harvard Business School, and has developed best practices in digitization of physical stores, omnichannel strategy, and setting up marketplace operations.
Tatiana graduated from the Wharton School with an MBA and is a Kauffman Fellow. She lives in Boston with her husband and two children.
