Tami Mohney is an Executive with 20+ years of experience across multiple consumer industries, uniquely able to evaluate quantitative and qualitative information from every business discipline. She focuses on data driven omnichannel growth strategies through the lens of marketing and operations. In her current role at Modell's Sporting Goods, Tami is responsible for Marketing, eCommerce, Distribution, and Human Resources. An unusual combination of functions, but necessary to ensure the customer centricity of Modell’s manifested through people, data, messaging, and logistics. During her tenure, Modell’s has experienced annual double-digit growth in the eCommerce business, driven by migration to a new consumer facing platform as well as the implementation of several conversion optimization initiatives. Tami is currently leading several critical business transformation initiatives at Modell’s, including relocation to a new distribution center, implementation of a new loyalty program and CRM system, and the strategic selection of the order management system of the future. Prior to Modell's, Tami spent 13 years at Direct Brands, the largest member-based retailer for media products in the US. Among several other roles in the company, Tami led the transition from a catalog business to a digital business. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Penn State University.
