Chief Marketing Officer
Suzanne Hader joined John Hardy as the Chief Marketing Officer in September 2017. Hader brings over 15 years of marketing and e-commerce experience within the luxury industry. In her role, Hader oversees brand strategy, creative, marketing, public relations, social media and e-commerce. Hader reports to CEO Robert Hanson and is part of the company’s executive leadership team alongside Hanson, John Hardy’s Creative Director, the Chief Merchant, Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to joining John Hardy, Hader served as the CMO of Halston Heritage for 3 years where she led the brand’s creative and digital evolution. Before this, Hader held creative agency leadership roles at SelectWorld and Code + Theory, working with clients like Fekkai, Calvin Klein, Vogue, Gant and St. John Knits. She also spent 7 years working with the Estee Lauder Companies, both as a design director and as a strategic consultant.
Hader graduated magna cum laude from Brown University and holds a dual Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature and Visual Art.
In addition, Hader serves as a board member for the Wassaic Project, a Hudson Valley, New York based non-profit organization that is committed to using art to strengthen social and cultural capital within local communities.
