US Lead - Brand Effectiveness Sales
Nicole Collida leads the newly-formed Brand Effectiveness team at Nielsen, where she is responsible for creating differentiated value in the marketplace by measuring more of what matters to clients.
She currently stands on the front lines for Nielsen as the company showcases solutions that connect online and offline performance, uncover blind spots, shape smarter markets, and enable growth.
During her 20-year tenure at Nielsen, she has taken on a variety of roles, spanning sales and client success across both retail and manufacturing.
Prior to assuming her current position, Nicole spent 4 years managing one of Nielsen’s top 10 CPG manufacturer clients. She led Sales and Brand teams, placing a heavy focus on cost savings and revenue expansion.
Previously, Nicole managed multiple mid-sized retailers and small to mid-sized manufacturers in CPG. She worked to drive coverage expansion, and established partnerships with trade associations retail cooperations to demonstrate the value of measurement. Her experience working across clients of all sizes led to a strength in value based, consultative selling.
Nicole is widely recognized for her commitment to creating an engaging workplace. She is an active member of Nielsen’s Engagement Champion Leadership Network, and builds on the positive opportunities that result from an inclusive and engaging workplace. In 2018, she was named a Nielsen Engagement Ambassador for her outstanding ability to manage difficult cultural changes by keeping her associates top-of-mind.
Nicole graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Missouri. She currently resides in Santa Rosa Beach, FL with her husband, Shannon.
