Natasha is the COO at Hero; overseeing customer performance, business
intelligence, technology and product delivery. Before joining Hero in 2018, Natasha spent four years running the ecommerce business for both Links of London and Folli Follie in North America. She spearheaded omni-channel initiatives for both brands and introduced CRM, online personalization and click and collect programs to the businesses.
She has over 15 years of experience in e-commerce, operations and online marketing, with a focus on the intersection between physical retail and digital.
