Megan is the Head of Design and Product at Malomo, a revolutionary SaaS company that helps ecommerce brands retain customers by turning order tracking into a brand-controlled, personalizable and marketing-enabled channel.
With a broad range of experiences as both a product leader and instructor in design thinking, research methods and user experience design, Megan brings a unique approach to solving pervasive order tracking and customer retention pain points while also assisting ecommerce stores in planning and delivering unique post-purchase experiences.
Megan has previously served as a design leader in other venture-backed, high-growth SaaS startups focused on customer experience and engagement. She was previously a faculty member of the Center for Emerging Media Design and Development at Ball State University where she taught courses in product design, social media and digital storytelling.
