VP eCommerce & Customer Analytics
As the Vice President of E-commerce and Customer Analytics at Austin-based fashion and lifestyle brand Kendra Scott, Megan Kohout oversees all aspects of the e-commerce channel, including product management, user experience, web development, site merchandising and digital marketing. To drive her decision making in these roles, Megan uses her former experience to lead all qualitative and quantitative customer analytics for the organization. Her goal in this position is to ensure that the customer is at the center of every experience the Kendra Scott brand presents.
In her prior roles, Megan managed digital marketing and customer analytics at a fashion flash site launched by Amazon, as well as oversaw e-commerce and customer analytics at Club Monaco. At these jobs she gained an understanding of how to cater to customers through analyzing data at a large scale. Her first corporate retail job analyzing customer data at Ann Taylor revealed her love for understanding customers through data and analytics.
Megan received her MBA from Harvard Business School and her undergraduate degree in Economics from Harvard College.
