With 25 years of experience leading global marketing teams at consumer and technology companies including Tableau, Starbucks and Microsoft, Lynn brings a deep understanding of customer-centric thinking and a passion for driving innovation in marketing and customer experiences (CX) through cutting-edge technologies. As CMO at Amperity, Lynn is responsible for creating and executing an integrated marketing strategy and scaling awareness of the company’s patented technology that helps brands know who their customers are, decide where and how to grow the business, and serve personalized customer experiences at every touchpoint. Lynn aligns her passion for people with the power of data to create breakthrough strategies and campaigns that build brands.
Previously, Lynn oversaw Global Demand Generation at Tableau where she drove end-to-end engagement, supporting all customer-facing programs. By building relationships directly through e-commerce, sales teams or via channel partners, she empowered customers to be successful from acquisition to renewal.
Lynn has contributed her expertise to Microsoft where she helped launch several products including Exchange Server, led marketing and category development for retail products at Starbucks, and managed digital platforms at Getty Images to grow their eCommerce business. As a marketing leader, Lynn strongly believes that a data-driven culture is best reached through human ingenuity. Lynn graduated from the University of Wisconsin and hold an MBA from Harvard Business School. She lives in Seattle with her husband and two daughters and enjoys cheering her girls on at their swim meets and paddleboarding on Lake Washington.
