Kristin Savilia was appointed CEO of JOOR, the world’s leading virtual showroom and wholesale management platform, in 2017. Kristin is a retail and e-commerce industry leader with a wealth of experience in building online platforms to support marketplace transactions. Prior to JOOR, Kristin was President of Local Marketplace at XO Group Inc., parent company to The Knot, and has also held buyer and director positions at Macy's and Linens N' Things.
Under her leadership, JOOR has grown to become the premier global wholesale platform, facilitating $57 billion in wholesale transactions.
In June 2021, Kristin led a $46 million funding round to accelerate JOOR’s wholesale commerce capabilities, payments and financing, as well as fuel its continued global and vertical expansion.
More than 13,000 brands and over 360,000 curated retailers across 150 countries connect on the JOOR platform every day. JOOR has exclusive partnerships with 30+ of the world’s finest retailers, including Neiman Marcus, Harrod’s and ShopBop, and thousands of the world’s most discerning brands, including those of leading conglomerates LVMH, Kering, Richemont and Capri Holdings.
Kristin received a bachelor of arts at Dartmouth College. She is married and a proud mother of four. In 2020, she was named in Glossy’s 4th Annual 50 List, recognizing fashion and beauty’s biggest changemakers.
