Head of Customer Success
Kimberly McKellar is Head of Customer Success at Gladly. She has over 20 years in customer service, sales, account management, and market development. A true team effort, she loves the cross-functional collaboration required to understand, deliver, and maintain customer success.
Kimberly’s knack for spectacular customer experience eventually brought her to Gladly, where providing a radically personal customer experience remains at the heart of their mission. Her current role at Gladly demands her expertise in strategic market positioning, partner management, and leadership of the Customer Success Management team.
Outside of the office, Kimberly enjoys hiking, snowboarding, and gardening. She is also an avid traveler, having visited over 30 countries so far. She currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and two children. Kimberly holds a B.A. in Science, Technology, and Society from the University of California at Santa Cruz.
