As the market strategy and sales director for P&G’s skin care business in North America, Keris leads a 30+ national sales team responsible for delivering nearly 1 billion dollars in retail sales annually. This includes working with top retailers like Wal-Mart, Target, CVS, Ulta, and Costco.

In 2018, Keris led the sales team to deliver strong growth on Olay after seven years of decline, behind her strong analytics, operational excellence, and relationship-building with retailers. Her accomplishments were recently recognized by the #1 retail publication Drug Store News, which awarded her with the 2019 Top Women in Health, Wellness, & Beauty Business Excellence award.

Over her 15-year career, Keris has become an expert in building and mobilizing effective and diverse work teams to deliver results. Diversity and inclusion is a longstanding passion area for Keris who is actively involved in Inroads, a national non-profit organization that gives multi-cultural college students the skills and experiences to succeed in corporate America.

Keris currently lives in Cincinnati with her husband Phineas. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Studies from Yale University and a Master of Business Administration from New York University, where she was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, a top academic honor society. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling to different cities, cooking, and the performing arts.
