SVP Global Digital & Customer Experience
Joon is a global leader in customer experience, digital, and retail innovation. She joined Coach in 2014 and drove the transformation of the Coach customer experience as part of its successful brand turnaround. Today, she leads a global omnichannel organization, with P&L responsibility for the eCommerce channel, focused on accelerating the brand’s growth through digital innovation and omnichannel customer engagement.
Prior to joining Coach, Joon led transformative change at both Louis Vuitton and Victoria’s Secret. At Louis Vuitton, she defined and implemented a bold new vision for the global customer experience as VP of Customer Experience and Retail Performance and subsequently led Louis Vuitton Canada. At Victoria’s Secret, she ran new and emerging businesses and conceived and launched its accessories business.
Joon began her career as a cultural anthropologist, receiving a BA in Anthropology from Columbia University before conducting fieldwork as a Fulbright fellow. She subsequently earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and built her retail and consumer expertise over five years at The Boston Consulting Group.
Joon lives in New York City with her husband and two children. She has a passion for the outdoors and loves rock climbing and ice climbing.
