Jess Jacobs is Head of Acquisition and Paid Retention Marketing for Wayfair. Jess leads a team that is constantly innovating to create new and compelling ways for Wayfair to engage with customers across paid and organic content channels, promoting the company’s more than 14 million home items. Her team’s goal is to find new customers and introduce them to the brand for the first time and engage Wayfair’s existing customer base to drive incremental sales. Prior to Wayfair, Jess ran the West Coast business for Intent Media, an online advertising and data products start-up. Prior to that, she was a manager in the Tech, Media and Telecom practice at McKinsey & Company. Jess graduated Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania and received her MBA from the University of Chicago.
