VP Customer & Employee Experience
Jennie Weber is vice president of customer and employee experience at Best Buy. She is responsible for leading the customer experience strategy and bringing the brand to life in all touchpoints. Ms. Weber serves as a customer advocate partnering with leaders across the organization to ensure experiences are seamless, easy and built with the customer top of mind.
Ms. Weber has over 20 years of consumer marketing experience. She has held several roles at Best Buy including vice president of brand strategy as well as leadership roles in category and services marketing. She also worked at BD’D, a boutique advertising agency focused on building brands. Ms. Weber partnered with key clients such as Dell, Wagner and Pulte Homes to bring their brand stories to life in a compelling way. Ms. Weber also led the marketing communications team at Telex Communications.
Ms. Weber has a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of St. Thomas, Saint Paul, MN. She serves on the board of directors for the Best Buy Foundation which is focused on providing access and training to teens in underserved areas. She is also a board member for Kids for Cause, a non-profit focused on raising funds and hope for children born with bi-lateral clubfoot. As well as Hennepin Theater Trust, an independent, non-profit organization dedicated to arts-inspired community cultural development.
