From visionary entrepreneurs to large public companies, Cathy has advised a range of clients on important domestic and cross-border transactions throughout her 20-year career, including OpCapita’s recent acquisition of specialty retailer maurices, Groupe Rocher’s acquisition of Arbonne, and PVH’s acquisitions of Tommy Hilfiger and Warnaco Group. She has also represented Kering, Moose Knuckles, Bare Necessities (sale to Walmart), Athleta (sale to The Gap), The Jones Group and Quiksilver.
As an industry leader, Cathy regularly discusses trends in the retailing sector including for CNBC, Bloomberg, Yahoo! Finance and WWD. Cathy sits on the Board of Directors of Runway of Dreams Foundation, an organization dedicated to disability inclusion in the fashion industry, and on the Board of Visitors of the Culverhouse College of Commerce at the University of Alabama, where she graduated summa cum laude. She holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Prior to joining PJ SOLOMON, Cathy was a Vice President in the M&A group at Morgan Stanley.
