VP of Product Management & Customer Experience
Ana Grace is Vice President of Product Management and Customer Experience at Macy’s, overseeing the customer experience on macys.com and the Macy’s app. She leads a multifunctional team responsible for the overall customer experience including account functions, credit/loyalty, checkout, marketing & content, ecommerce/mobile enhancements and digital user experience.
A digital pioneer who began her career at a small internet service provider in Houston, Grace founded an early web development company in the late 1990s, followed by a web marketing agency. Next, she gained additional experience expanding her knowledge base for more than a decade in startups focused on ecommerce, web analytics, mobile, personalization, multivariate testing, clouds, big data and IoT.
Before joining Macy’s in February 2019, Ana lead customer experience and product management at Walmart.com, with previous stints at Go Daddy and Best Buy.
Ana is on the Board of Directors for the non-profit organization, Women in Product and has been a longtime volunteer organizer and Board Member at TEDx San Antonio. Additionally, she served as Hospitality Chair at the Friends of Costco Guild, hosting the Children’s Golf Classic. Grace holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Texas A&M University. She currently resides in the San Francisco Bay area with her family.
