Amanda is the Founder and CEO of Sheau, a startup dedicated to helping retailers activate their physical space, drive traffic, and engage their community with in-store events.
Living in New York City, Amanda saw firsthand the pressure ecommerce and rising rents were putting on traditional retailers. Tapping into her technology and sales background, she set out to help these companies recapture their customer’s time, attention and loyalty by focusing on what today’s consumers actually want – real-world experiences.
Sheau is a B2B platform that connects brick-and-mortar businesses with like-minded brands for experiential activations. The Sheau network makes it easy for retailers, hotels, apartment complexes and coworking spaces to collaborate with event partners and launch pop-ups, panels, workshops, or other engaging activities aligned with the interests of their target audience.
Amanda holds a BA in Marketing from University of Richmond and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
