Hosted Retailers & Brands Program
Qualified Retailers & Brands Get Free Shoptalk Tickets & Up To $750 ($1,000 if you stay onsite at the Venetian/Palazzo) Travel/Hotel Reimbursement
Shoptalk’s Hosted Retailers & Brands Program provides complimentary Shoptalk tickets and a travel/hotel allowance of up to $750 ($1,000 if you stay onsite at the Venetian/Palazzo) for qualifying individuals from retailers and brands.
To qualify, individuals must be responsible for buying or evaluating retail or ecommerce technology for their companies, and take up to eight 15-minute onsite meetings with our participating sponsors. Meetings are based on a combined opt-in and opt-out process so that they are useful to you and our sponsors.
Your eight (8) 15-minute meetings (total of up to only two hours) will be held during dedicated hours on Monday and Tuesday, March 4-5, of the event. Your final schedule will be sent to you prior to the event. You will not need to miss any agenda sessions for these meetings.
The reimbursement of up to $750 ($1,000 if you stay onsite at the Venetian/Palazzo) in travel/hotel expenses is based on receipts which must be submitted electronically following the event.
With our Funding Founders program, we match startups and investors for pre-show introductions and onsite meetings. In 2019, we will facilitate more than 1,000 introductions as part of Funding Founders, which is open only to registered Shoptalk attendees. If you're a registered startup or investor interested in participating, apply below. Note that all introductions require investor approval, so we cannot guarantee startups any specific introductions or any minimum number of introductions.
Separate from the main Shoptalk agenda, Shoptalk includes Techtalks that feature approximately 70 six-minute presentations from participating exhibitors. Techtalks take place in the Exhibit Hall during breaks and showcase a wide range of the latest technologies and solutions. Techtalks are aggregated by themes and held on concurrent stages. Everyone can attend Techtalks, which are a great way for attendees to quickly get introduced to many Shoptalk exhibitors for follow up conversations.
Techtalks are only open to exhibitors.
Shoptalk's Retailers & Brands Networking Dinners are a series of invitation-only sponsored dinners held on Monday, March 4, 2019, at 7:30-9:30pm. These dinners take place at high-end Las Vegas restaurants and bring together groups of approximately 15-20 individuals from retailers and brands. While Retailers & Brands Networking Dinners are sponsored, each dinner is facilitated by an independent, respected industry executive—a Shoptalk Ambassador.
Retailers & Brands Networking Dinners are scheduled in advance and require participants to be registered Shoptalk attendees and to have accepted calendar invites.

Shophop is a networking program that’s new for 2019. It’s designed to bring hundreds of retailers and brands together in a fun, social environment conducive to creating new peer connections as well as deepening existing relationships--vendor attendance is limited to a small number of supporting sponsors. Best described as a high-end “pub crawl”, Shophop will take place during Shoptalk in the evening of Monday, March 4, 2019, at the best onsite venues at the Venetian.
Shophop is only open to attending retailers and brands. No sign up is required and further details will be provided to registered attending retailers and brands immediately prior to the start of Shoptalk.
New for 2019, Tabletalks are interactive peer-to-peer 45-minute roundtables that enable deep dive discussions and learnings. Tabletalks bring together 5-8 individuals from retailers and brands to share insights, address issues and generate actionable takeaways that help drive their businesses forward.
Each Tabletalk covers one of 10 topics, all of which are based on the industry’s most pressing challenges and opportunities. Tabletalks are powered by our unparalleled proprietary technology and personalization algorithms.
Tabletalks do not conflict with our agenda content and will take place on: Sunday, March 3 at 4:00-4:45 pm; Monday, March 4 at 10:50-11:35 am; Tuesday, March 5 at 1:50-2:35 pm; and Wednesday, March 6 at 8:45-9:30 am.
Invitations to join Tabletalks will be sent to qualifying registered retailer and brand attendees in early February.
