Karen Chiarucci is Vice President of Marketing and Customer Engagement for Global Consumer Payments at Gap Inc., one of the largest specialty retailers in the world. She oversees the sales growth associated with Gap Inc.’s credit card business, including the co-branded Visa portfolio. She leads with a holistic approach for the customer, managing the complexity of marketing across the company’s multiple brands.
Karen provides Gap Inc. a deep expertise of the brand’s business environment and operations, holding various leadership roles in Old Navy and Piperlime prior to her work in Payments. For over 15yrs, Karen has served in functions ranging from Finance, Inventory, Logistics, Web Production, and now Marketing. She brings a balanced mix of brand focus, business management, and scale to the marketing teams within loyalty. Karen has lead both the turnaround of big businesses, as well as the innovation and organizational design within starts-ups and new markets.
