SVP - Digital, PetSmart
Mike Molitor, SVP of Digital, oversees all PetSmart digital properties and is responsible for advancing PetSmart’s overall digital, omni-channel, and eCommerce capabilities across several digital properties.
Prior to joining PetSmart, Mr. Molitor served as the senior vice president of Omni-Channel and Mobile e-commerce for Kohl’s for more than 10 years where he oversaw all aspects of the digital business including strategic direction, merchandising, planning, inventory management, vendor direct ship, site operations, site monetization, user experience design for web and mobile, content production, analytics and overall P&L performance. During his last two years at Kohl’s, Mr. Molitor focused primarily on building out Kohl’s Digital Center in Milpitas, CA which was dedicated to advancing the company’s digital and mobile capabilities.
Prior to Kohl’s, Mr. Molitor worked for Limited Brands as vice president of Merchandise Planning in the Victoria’s Secret Division to advance the catalog and e-commerce business. Earlier in his career, he worked for Saks Incorporated and May Department Stores.
Mr. Molitor graduated from Knox College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Administration. He also received a Master in Business Administration in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business. Additionally, he is a pet parent to a seven-year-old Airedale Terrier named Brody.
