Jonathan Kapplow is Senior Vice President, Consumer and Merchant Solutions for the Global Ecommerce business at Pitney Bowes. An ecommerce pioneer, he has over 20 years of experience across ecommerce, multichannel and retail marketing.
Jon oversees the Global Ecommerce business’s efforts to attract global consumers at scale through a best-in-class shopping experience and innovative marketing programs that drive long-term consumer value. He leads the company’s global merchant strategy to help retailers acquire new customers and drive international sales.
Prior to joining Pitney Bowes, Jon was Chief Marketing Officer of Borderfree. Jon has held leadership roles at various companies. He was CMO and part of the team that launched ShopRunner, a membership program that brings together retailers to offer unique benefits to online consumers. He also was CMO of Home Décor Products, a home improvement e-tailer of luxury brands, and Vice President of Multichannel Marketing for Home Shopping Network, overseeing HSN.com’s multichannel, e-mail marketing, credit card marketing and online marketing teams.
Jon received a B.S. in Hospitality Management from University of Alabama and an MBA from Georgia Institute of Technology with a concentration in Marketing and Information Technology.
