Bob Kupbens is a dynamic leader and digital and brand strategist for large-scale customer-facing business transformations. He has led teams at Apple, Delta Air Lines and Target to execute industry-leading customer experience enhancements across physical and digital channels. His expertise spans brand marketing, digital, media and e-commerce, IT, supply-chain and customer analytics focused on Retail, Travel and Technology industries.
Bob’s roles have included the VP of Online Retail for Apple, leading P&L growth and innovation for a top-5 global e-commerce platform and VP of Marketing & Digital Commerce at Delta where he drove an integrated brand strategy across channels. Prior to these roles, Bob held several positions at Target Corporation including Vice President of target.com where he led the design and development of target.com and pioneered Target’s mobile commerce program.
Previously, he held positions at A.T. Kearney management consultants and Ford Motor Company. Bob is a graduate of MIT with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and has a MBA from the University of Michigan. He is also a professional freelance sports photographer and lives in San Mateo, CA.
