Chief Information Officer, Kimberly-Clark Corporation
Suja Chandrasekaran serves as Chief Information Officer of Kimberly-Clark Corporation. In this position, she is responsible for overseeing all aspects of global IT and for supporting the growth of K-C’s business through technology.
Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark, Suja served as SVP, Global Chief Technology Officer and Chief Data Officer at Walmart Stores Inc. In this role, she led technology and digital transformation for Walmart US, Sam's Club and Walmart International. More specifically, Suja focused on enabling cloud-based technologies capable of offering Walmart customers personalized retail experiences.
Before joining Walmart, Suja worked at The Timberland Company where she served as the Global Chief Information Officer. She was accountable for the retailer's technology, ecommerce and digital transformation strategies.
Suja has also held senior-level roles in the technology departments of both PepsiCo and Nestle Americas. At these organizations, she was responsible for leading the digital and technology strategies as well as delivery for various business units.
Both inside and outside the office, Suja enjoys coaching and mentoring others in technology, including CEOs of Silicon Valley startups. She supports her passions by serving on the boards of two startups; by speaking at and consulting with Georgia Tech and the University of Arkansas; and leading several platforms that help actively develop women in STEM.
Suja holds a Master of Business Systems from Monash University located in Melbourne, Australia, and a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from the University of Madras located in India. Suja has also participated in an executive development program at the prestigious London Business School.
A citizen of Australia, India and the United States of America, Suja is married with two children, a grown daughter and son. She resides in Dallas, Texas with her husband and son.
