Welcome to the Spark Networking Program:
Shoptalk’s Spark Networking Program is designed to ignite conversations and connections onsite at Shoptalk in four primary pre-arranged formats open to registered Shoptalk attendees:
Peer Dinners are a series of invitation-only dinners held Monday, March 20, from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm with thoughtfully selected groupings of retailers and brands. Peer groups include Women on Public Company Boards, CEO/VIP, Ecommerce & Digital Leaders, Digital Practitioners, CMO/Marketing Leadership and CPG & Grocery.
Peer Dinners are scheduled in advance and require participants to be registered Shoptalk attendees and have accepted calendar invitations.
These dinners are only for retailers and brands. If you’re a retailer or brand, click the button below to learn more and request an invitation to a Peer Dinner.
Thematic exhibit hall tours will be held on Sunday, March 19 from 6:45 pm to 7:45 pm, Monday, March 20 from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm and Tuesday, March 21 from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm for groups based on interests and objectives. Themes include vertical specific focus areas like technologies transforming fashion or grocery, and cross-vertical themes like mobile and in-store technologies.
Tech Tours are open only to retailers and brands. Please click the button below to sign up for a Tech Tour, and we’ll be back to you with more details, including times. Please note that space on Tech Tours is very limited and we will let you know which, if any tours, you are approved to join.
Funding Founders is a series of 6-minute meetings that match startup founders with leading VC investors. The ‘speed-dating’ format maximizes the number of meetings for VC and startups, and will take place place in two 1-hour sessions on Monday, March 20 and Tuesday, March 21 from 7:15 am to 8:15 am.
At Shoptalk 2016, we facilitated more than 400 meetings as part of Funding Founders. Funding Founders is open to registered Shoptalk attendees. If you're a startup founder or VC interested in participating, click the button below to apply.
We also offer 1-2-1 Meetings at Shoptalk. 1-2-1 Meetings are carefully curated 15-minute one to one meetings for retailers and brands to connect with other retailers and brands, direct-to-consumer startups, tech companies, Internet companies, investors and other attendees. 1-2-1 Meetings will be held in a dedicated area on Monday, March 20, and Tuesday, March 21, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am and 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. All 1-2-1 Meetings are scheduled in advance and require all parties to have accepted calendar invitations. Only retailers and brands can apply to participate in 1-2-1 Meetings.
1-2-1 Meetings are full and applications are no longer being accepted.
